- Description of the technology: Crell Mosset is a hologram of the infamous Cardassian doctor. He is a dataset merged with the personality and appearence of Crell Mosset, and then given holographic form. He is mobile and interacts as if a physical presence. He appears very real and is very socially realistic. He acts helpful and knowledge, wanting to help heal the injured crew member. He is pleasent and social.

- Description of creator(s): unknown.
- Major goal(s) of creator(s): in this case, to facilitate medical treatment onboard the ship. in general, holograms were probably created to facilitate communication.
- Description of users of technology: Many people onboard the starship - all species, genders, ages. Primarily the doctor, white and middle aged (and also a hologram).

- Description of presence experience: For many people unpleasent - Crell is notorious for being a horrific doctor, hurting innocent people to further science. HIs experiments were tortuous and unnecessary. However, in person, his is social and helpful.
